Customers have 7 days to return items (if there are no defects) with original packaging. Customers are also responsible for the return costs. Proof of purchase will be required for any return or refund (including tracking & order number). A $3.75 restocking fee will be applied to returns.
Shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. You should consider shipment tracking and/or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In order for your return to be accepted, the item must be:
- in saleable condition;
- in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging;
- returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the item (if applicable);

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Important: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless your item arrives damaged.

CANCEL/CHANGE YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address or order details, please email us at email@example.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have 48-hours to contact us about any order that arrives damaged.
