      Q. How long will it take for my product to arrive?

        Our offices are located in Nebraska . We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in Nebraska, California, Pennsylvania & Florida.  

         Q. I received a damaged item. What should I do?

        We are sorry to hear that. Just send us pictures of the damaged item at support@rosaly-beauty.com and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

        Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

        If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order such as shipping address and items ordered, please email support@rosaly-beauty.com within 2 hours of making your purchase. The subject line of this email must read 'CHANGE OF ORDER' or 'CANCEL ORDER' for the request to be processed.

        We apologize for the delay. International shipping may sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. You can still track your order using the tracking number we provide.
